1. RZ-DYC-I Nitrogen Purification Unit (Hydrogenation Catalytic Deoxygenation Type)
Technical Indicators:
·Raw nitrogen purity: ≥99.95% ·Dew point: ≤−70℃ ·Oxygen content after purification: ≤1.5 ppm
·Hydrogen content: ≤0.5% ·Purified nitrogen purity: ≥99.9995%
Features: Uses a high‑efficiency catalyst for hydrogenation and deoxygenation, requiring no activation; offers a broad deoxygenation range and is suitable for process production where the oxygen content is relatively high and there is no requirement for excess hydrogen.
2. RZ-DYC-Ⅱ Nitrogen Purification Unit (Carbon Deoxidation Type)
Technical Indicators:
· Raw nitrogen purity ≥ 99.5% · Purified nitrogen purity ≥ 99.9995% · Dew point ≤ -70°C
·Oxygen content: ≤5 ppm ·Hydrogen content: ≤1 ppm
Features: When the nitrogen and oxygen content of the raw materials is less than 5,000 ppm, a carbon deoxidizer is used for oxygen removal, resulting in high‑purity nitrogen that contains no hydrogen; however, the deoxidizer must be replenished periodically to account for consumption.
3. RZ-DYC-III Nitrogen Purification Unit (Chemical Deoxygenation Type)
Technical Indicators:
· Raw nitrogen purity ≥ 99.9% · Purified nitrogen purity ≥ 99.9999% · Dew point ≤ -80°C
·Oxygen content: ≤0.1 ppm ·Hydrogen content: ≤0.1 ppm
Features: When the nitrogen and oxygen content of the raw materials is less than 1000 ppm, a high‑efficiency deoxidizer is used for oxygen removal, resulting in high‑purity nitrogen that contains no hydrogen; however, the deoxygenator must be periodically purged with hydrogen and heated for regeneration.
Note: Depending on the user’s specific feed gas specifications and product requirements, different process steps can be employed to meet customers’ unique needs.
Pressure can also be customized as needed. 0.1–1 MPa or 15–20 MPa
